We want your Luxaura experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times and our returns policy.

Shipping

We currently ship to all addresses across Australia. Orders in stock are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Free shipping on all orders over A$150
Standard shipping fees apply to orders under A$150, calculated at checkout
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched
Delivery times may vary during sale periods or public holidays

Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting My Orders, or by using the tracking link sent to your email.

Returns Policy

Our products are hand-picked, unique and limited in stock, therefore, we are unable to offer any change of mind returns. Kindly select your timeless pieces carefully.

We will happily replace or refund any Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and unpacking video of the item and return the product within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you as long as the item has not been used.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non Returnable Items

Any used items such as candles or pooja essentials cannot be returned.
